Job summary

Wright Canada Holdings, Ltd. is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to lead the OHS program, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across Canada. The role includes delivering safety orientations and coordinating emergency response training for operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in safety, knowledge of BC/AB regulations, and strong communication skills. Travel and site visits are expected as part of program implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant health and safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of BC/AB safety regulations.
• Formal training in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiative and enforce company safety policies.
• Provide daily support and coaching to employees and supervisors on OHS programs.
• Advise Operations and Support Services to maintain robust OHS programs.
• Deliver safety orientations and coordinate emergency response training.
• Support development and maintenance of Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans.
