Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking an Operations & Quality Lead to oversee field operations for commercial janitorial services. You will be the eyes and ears in the field, visiting client locations, inspecting work, supporting cleaning teams, and ensuring our service standards are consistently delivered.

This hands-on role requires ownership, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to follow through across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities, hospitality, or related field is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel between client sites.
• Comfort with using a smartphone, email, and basic scheduling or inspection apps.

Responsibilities

• Visit client locations to inspect cleaning standards and scopes of work.
• Document deficiencies with photos and notes; communicate issues to staff and ensure corrective actions.
• Assist with onboarding, site orientation, and training of new employees; coordinate staff coverage.
• Provide hands-on operational support to meet service commitments; adjust schedules as needed.
