Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a 2-year related degree, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. This full-time role requires leadership, reliability, and a focus on quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in related field required.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation. Travel to job sites as needed.
• Expert in multiple finishes and paint applications.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Strong written/verbal skills, including proofreading and basic math for estimating.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven record of setting, meeting and exceeding goals.
• Must speak, read, and write English; prior paint industry experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Meticulous, clean, detail-oriented and pride in work.
• Results driven.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and some nights depending on the project.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for customers to differentiate ourselves as an employer of choice.
• Fulfill responsibilities across Production, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Administration, Safety, and Business Development.
• Support Job Site Supervisors and build a high-performance culture.
• Service all customers with the goal of meeting painting needs and building customers for life.
• Collaborate with Residential Sales Associate and Office Associate to meet customer expectations.
• Develop recruiting, development, and retention programs for Job Site Supervisors and onboarding.
• Ensure field programs and systems are executed.
• Provide ongoing training and safety inspections, conduct safety meetings.
• Ensure crews follow OSHA and EPA guidelines and maintain MSDS.
