Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a versatile Painter for the Alberta Regional Office in Edmonton, AB. You will maintain the appearance of our apartment and townhome properties and ensure units are painted to market-ready status in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated apartments, completing major repaint projects, communicating with supervisors, repairing damages, and keeping tools and spaces clean. Travel between sites is expected; a high safety standard is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in painting
• Knowledge of painting tools, equipment and materials
• Ability to prepare and apply paints, stains, and surface materials

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete required paperwork
• Complete major repaint projects in hallways, common areas, and offices
• Communicate with supervisor on priority apartments
• Repair damages to walls, caulks, tubs and ceramic tile
• Clean brushes, rollers and equipment and return to storage
• Perform other duties as required
