As a Field Operations Specialist, you will explore the landscapes of Arizona and California, inspecting heavy equipment, vehicles, trucks, and trailers. Your tasks include capturing photos and videos, examining engines and specs, and working closely with sales teams to ensure accurate listings and smooth communication. The role involves collecting information from sellers, filling out detailed listing sheets, taking high-quality photos and videos, obtaining service records and titles, and scheduling data capture for equipment sold on purplewave.com. You will travel regionally and communicate effectively to facilitate the auction process.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating Purple Wave's auction process to sellers.
• Scheduling and completing data capture for equipment.
• Gathering and organizing documentation such as service records and titles.
• Creating detailed listings with photos and videos.
• Representing the company professionally with equipment owners, buyers, and sellers.
• Entering customer data into CRM systems.
• Assisting marketing with social media videos and distributing promotional materials.
• Supporting sellers in asset preparation, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of fleet, agriculture, and construction equipment.
• Proficiency with technology and systems for information sharing.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Valid driver's license required.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, exempt salary position.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours.
• Up to 75% travel expected.
• Physically demanding; includes climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around heavy equipment.

Compensation:

• Estimated $55,000-$85,000 annually including salary and commission.
• Company vehicle, cell phone, and computer provided.
• Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and stock purchase options.
