Event Performance & Insights Operations Analyst
Location: Remote Contract (6-12 months)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Event Performance & Insights Operations Analyst . This role is ideal for professionals with a background in data analytics, consulting, or marketing operations who want to influence global marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze marketing and event performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Deliver actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Data Visualization & Storytelling
Build dashboards and visual reports (using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Plx) that help stakeholders understand and act on key metrics.

System Integration & Process Optimization
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, flow, and alignment with marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with both technical and non-technical teams to communicate findings, track KPIs, and implement performance improvements.

Project & Operational Excellence
Lead and manage projects across the Google Cloud Marketing organization, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and impact.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or consulting

Expertise in SQL and Excel

Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Plx)

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of marketing strategy, funnels, and event performance metrics is a strong asset
