You will work closely with internal teams, partners and third-party contractors to operate, monitor and maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, interpret operational data, and implement practical solutions that improve reliability, compliance, and environmental performance, while also supporting waste operations, and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational, environmental, equipment, and financial performance.
  • Assist in developing, tracking, and managing operational and capital budgets, including identifying project requirements, obtaining quotations, and monitoring expenditures.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational reliability, efficiency, environmental performance, and cost effectiveness. Participate in operational planning, project management, capital projects, and strategy development related to site infrastructure and operational improvements.
  • Assist in coordinating and supervising third-party contractors performing work on site, ensuring work is completed safely, in compliance with regulatory and site requirements, and to the expected quality standards.
