  • Make data-driven recommendations on markups and bid strategies.
  • Manage the progress of awarded contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Track project costs, prepare client invoices, and review subcontractor invoices.
  • Analyze completed jobs to identify variances between estimated and actual costs.
  • Procure materials and coordinate delivery to job sites.
  • Ensure all legal, safety, and municipal documentation (e.g., traffic control plans, insurance, bonds) is in place.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes for inclusion in bids.
  • Prepare and submit pricing for extra work as needed.
Here’s What You Need

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Professionalism, tact, and discretion when engaging with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
