Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Grande Prairie office is actively hiring a Field Office Administrator for a 12-month term. This role reports to the Supervisor of Field Administration and provides administrative and operational support to field and office personnel. The Field Office Administrator is responsible for providing reception, administrative, and technical training support for the district team. The Field Office Administration Team plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations by providing administrative, coordination, and customer service support to field employees, leaders, contractors, and external stakeholders. This team is responsible for managing office operations, maintaining records and documentation, coordinating meetings and travel, processing invoices and purchase requests, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Acting as a central point of contact, the team helps facilitate efficient communication between field locations and corporate functions, enabling operational teams to remain focused on the safe, reliable, and effective execution of business activities. Through strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the Field Office Administration Team contributes to a productive, professional, and well-managed workplace environment.
This position is expected to run for approximately 12 months.
The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. The final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
