You bring a combination of strategic leadership depth, regulatory and environmental credibility, and the ability to lead through complexity in project‑driven environments. Ideally, you will have:

  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, along with the ability to apply business and regulatory insight to complex project environments;
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in energy, regulatory, environmental, or project compliance functions, with a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in dynamic, multi‑stakeholder settings;
  • Proven people leadership capability, including building, developing, and mentoring high‑performing teams and driving accountability and results through others;
  • Strong leadership presence and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across functions and levels;
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and approval processes across Canada and the United States, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable strategy and guidance;
  • Experience supporting capital project development and execution, including integrating environmental and regulatory considerations into planning, risk management, and delivery;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and represent the organization effectively internally and externally;
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate risk, assess options, and drive practical solutions; and
  • Demonstrated alignment with Pembina’s values—Safety, Trustworthy, Respectful, Collaborative, and Entrepreneurial—and a leadership style that reinforces a strong, values‑based culture.
