About the Role

As a Field Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - Field Service - CES), you will perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment with limited supervision. You will have opportunities for growth into higher service technician and leadership roles, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform safe maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
2. Maintain documentation of work performed.
3. Upsell and demonstrate equipment to customers.
4. Travel to customer sites for repairs, maintaining a professional service vehicle.
5. Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
3. 3-5 years of relevant equipment maintenance experience.
4. Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of construction equipment and engines.
5. Own tools applicable to the position.
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.
