Job summary

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events, able to run regional programs against targets.
• Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right.
• Familiarity with CRM and project tracking tools (Salesforce, Asana/Linear).

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real field marketing work, specifying the testing focus and decision points.
• Define required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states for realistic tasks.
• Review reference answers and criteria to distinguish strong responses from plausible but wrong ones.
