Job description

You are a Field Marketing Coordinator joining our growing team focused on promoting TELUS services by building strong relationships with Building Managers. Your responsibilities include managing, organizing, and executing Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) sales strategies and developing customer relationships.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Organize and participate in targeted marketing and sales events aligned with client initiatives and MDU-specific needs.
  • Build relationships with Property Managers, Resident Managers, Caretakers, and Concierges in the MDU market (e.g., apartments, condos, townhouses) to develop tailored programs and solutions.
  • Manage partner accounts within a specific region, collaborating with clients to market TELUS products and communicate brand initiatives to MDU customers.
  • Leverage customer relationships to generate sales opportunities, increase revenue, and reduce churn.
  • Support the TELUS Channel Manager with administrative tasks such as updating online databases, billing, renewals, and escalations.
  • Track sales penetration metrics, analyze reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review, develop, and implement processes ensuring strategic and business growth objectives are met.
  • Represent Ledcor Sales and TELUS professionally.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of direct sales industry experience.
  • Experience with Real Estate and/or Property Management is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and quick learner of new software.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify new opportunities.

Work Conditions:

  • Competitive salary with bonuses and commissions.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; regular shift Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Must commute to work locations; Class 5 license and clean abstract preferred.
  • Moderate travel outside the home location.
