About You:

The ideal candidate for this position would be a self-motivated individual who works well independently but collaborates effectively in team settings. With a passion for curating effective marketing materials with an extensive understanding of the impact of marketing on Social Media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, WeChat, TikTok), and CRM marketing (email automation).

Areas of Excellence:

• Strong verbal/written communication and research skills
• Able to design, create and implement marketing systems and protocols
• Strong people skills with ability to manage agents & expectations
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/InDesign)
• Proficiency with Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter; Management Tools, Canva
• Understanding of CRM marketing, and email automation software
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities
• Driven to meet goals and tight deadlines

Duties to Include:

• Working with Marketing Manager to create industry leading marketing collateral for social media and all digital advertisements
• Operate as the point of contact for submissions of agreements and listings
• Creation of listing brochures and other related marketing materials
• Preparing high-quality proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials while maintaining branding
• Working with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production
• Assist with SEO and website updates
• Cooperate with web developers to monitor agent and company websites
• Assisting in content creation for various marketing platforms, including social, digital, and email marketing
• Collect and put together information for monthly newsletters
• Meet with agents in-house for social media support on a weekly basis

Success Measures:

• Consistency & professionalism with all marketing materials
• Implementation of systems for listing support
• Feedback from our own agents and how the role has impacted their business
• Attraction of new inquiries based on maximum exposure of listing
• Monthly Social Media Statistics

Offer:

• Part-time contract position leading to full-time; to be discussed further during the interview
