The What

As a Field Marketing Coordinator, you'll be part of a dedicated team based in the Greater Toronto Area, reporting directly to the Field Marketing Manager. You'll serve as a dedicated service support representative for big box retail stores, implementing sales and marketing programs while managing your time across multiple accounts. You must be highly motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal and execution skills.

The How
  • Act as the local contact for big box retail stores
  • Execute retail events & new product launches
  • Implement category work plans for brands like DeWALT, Craftsman, Stanley
  • Achieve weekly and quarterly call cycle goals
  • Develop relationships with key account personnel
  • Collaborate with your manager regularly
  • Complete communication requirements timely and effectively
  • Conduct product knowledge trainings onsite at retail locations
  • Find new ways to merchandise and increase sales
  • Serve as liaison between retail stores and internal teams
  • Ensure merchandising standards are met
  • Conduct in-store events and demos
  • Promote and expand brand exposure in stores
  • Become a product knowledge expert
What We Need
  • College or University degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
  • Experience with retail events, product demonstrations, and launches is a strong asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • G drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays
