Job summary

DFI Piling Group is hiring Field Labourers to support piling and pre-drill operations at our Weyburn site in Saskatchewan. You will operate heavy equipment and assist with routine maintenance, working outdoors in all weather while following safety protocols.

We value flexibility, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a small team in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Clean Class 5 or 3 driver’s license.
• Field safety tickets such as First Aid, H2S, CSTS, Fall Protection, and Ground Disturbance are assets.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate production needs.
• Motivation to work hard and get tasks done.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide labour support to operators in piledriving and pre-drilling divisions.
• Operate equipment on worksites (wheel loaders, skid-steers, zoom-booms, telehandlers).
• Assist and perform preventative maintenance on equipment (daily inspections, greasing, refueling).
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as required.
