Job Summary

The candidate will assist tradesmen and machine operators in daily tasks.

Essential Functions

1. Assist tradesmen and machine operators perform daily tasks.
2. Unload, carry, and distribute materials.
3. Prepare and apply construction materials.
4. Maintain daily housekeeping.
5. Always prioritize SAFETY.
6. Be at least 18 years old.
7. Work indoors and outdoors as required.
8. Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites.
9. Own all necessary hand tools as per WRN’s tool list.
10. Be eager to learn new skills.
11. Read a tape measure accurately or learn quickly.
12. Perform tasks safely and with quality.
13. Be reliable and punctual.
14. Work overtime as needed.
15. Work at heights using ladders, scaffolds, or manlifts when required.
16. Work in excavated trenches.
17. Lift up to 50 lbs.
18. Assist mechanics in your trade area.
19. Bring daily work optimization.
20. Control your own career development.
21. Continuously seek to learn.
22. Maintain confidentiality.
