Job summary

123Dentist is seeking a Construction Coordinator for Western Canada to plan, organize and monitor multi-site clinic projects. This field-based role in the Greater Vancouver Area involves frequent travel to project sites, working closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, quality-aligned builds and upgrades.

You will report to the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, and support project teams, manage documents, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• College or university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of multi-site construction experience, preferably in medical or dental clinic environments, or in a similar construction project coordination role.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites across the network, including overnight travel as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute regularly to project sites within the Greater Vancouver Area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects across multiple sites.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the network to conduct on-site visits, inspections, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Organize and lead project follow-up meetings, including notes, minutes, and action items.
• Monitor project deliverables and proactively identify risks or gaps.
• Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support management of resources, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management processes.
• Receive, verify, and code project invoices.
• Develop and maintain vendor lists.
• Receive and present project quotes.
