Job summary

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a Field Client Service Supervisor to autonomously lead a team of Continuing Care Assistants and support staff and clients. This permanent, in-office and field-based role requires traveling to Peninsula for supervisor visits, with the Bedford Office serving as a base.

The ideal candidate will hold LPN registration in Nova Scotia, bring leadership experience in community care, and be highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• LPN registration with the College of Nurses of Nova Scotia in good standing.
• Experience leading community care teams is an advantage.
• Ability to drive and supervise client visits is required.
• Energetic, dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and coordination of services for the community.
• Supervise and organize projects within the support workers team.
• Work well both in team settings and independently under minimal supervision.
• Solve problems and provide excellent customer service to staff and clients.
