Leaf Home is hiring a Field Canvassing Representative in New Brunswick. You will cover an assigned territory, canvass homes, and educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and Leaf Home products.

The role involves a quick home inspection from the street and generating sales leads for the outside sales team. Candidates should be willing to work evenings and weekends, have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Work outdoors daily and be comfortable in varying weather conditions.

Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+

As a Leaf Home Field Canvassing Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
