Under supervision of the manager, you will screen, triage, treat, and coordinate case management for adults with mental health and addiction needs. A BSW, valid Class 5 driver’s license, SASW registration, and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of mental health and addictions and crisis intervention.
• Experience in community-based case management or multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

• Under the direction of the manager, and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker BSW provides a range of screening, triage, treatment, and case coordination services to a primarily adult community mental health and addiction population.
