Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Social Worker for Nipawin Hospital Addiction Services. You will assess, treat, refer, and manage cases for individuals, couples, groups and families with mental health or addictions needs.

Job Description: Provides assessments, treatments, referrals and case management of individuals, couples, groups and families who experience mental health problems and/or addictions problems. Provides professional consultation and collaborative support as an interdisciplinary team member. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS membersin accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
