Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property and site inspections for safety and functionality.

• Inspect lifting devices, cranes, HVAC units, and overhead doors for safe operation.
• Execute corrective maintenance, including gutter cleanouts and repairs.
• Respond to tenant requests with timely, service-oriented support.
• Assist with business initiatives like equipment rollouts and maintenance boards.
