  • Manage and prioritize work orders using CMMS, ensuring timely completion, accurate documentation, and strong follow‑through.
  • Coordinate and oversee service vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Perform general building repairs, including drywall patching, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, and fixture replacements.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner, diagnosing and resolving issues related to building systems and general upkeep.
  • Support day-to-day building operations, including unit turnovers, furniture or equipment setup, and maintaining clean, organized mechanical and common areas.
  • Monitor parts and supply inventory and assist with planning maintenance activities to maintain efficiency and readiness.
  • Maintain building grounds and common areas, supporting cleanliness, safety, and overall curb appeal.
  • Respond to urgent issues and after‑hours calls as required, stabilizing situations and coordinating resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce repeat issues, and improve service delivery.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience using CMMS or work order systems is an asset.
