Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) required.
• Must have current practicing registration with SASW.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license may be required for some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the manager, the Social Worker provides screening, triage, treatment and case coordination for a primarily adult community mental health and addiction population.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes and connects clients with community resources.
