Peninsula Canada is expanding its field-based sales team on Vancouver Island, seeking driven Business Development Managers who love selling HR and Health & Safety outsourcing to small and mid-sized businesses. No prior industry experience required—comprehensive training is provided to help you win.

You’ll self-source opportunities, book client meetings, and nurture referrals, with a base salary of $60,000 plus guaranteed commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Confidence selling to Business Owners, Directors, and HR decision-makers.
• High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to win.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate new business opportunities and appointments.
• Attend meetings booked by Telemarketing partner and self-generated meetings.
• Build relationships with referral partners and introducers.
• Deliver value-based, consultative presentations to business owners and HR decision-makers.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
