Job summary

AFL Integria is hiring a Lineman to support safe installation of underground and aerial fibre optic cable infrastructure. You will work on cable placement, duct preparation, equipment operation, field documentation, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.

The role involves reading construction drawings, determining cable lengths, and maintaining accurate records while operating in a physically demanding environment with shift work and travel to various sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction experience.
• Capable of working in all temperatures and climates.
• Ability to travel to various site-based projects if required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, place, and install fibre optic cable through ducts, manholes, and other structures.
• Operate cable-pulling equipment with proper tension and bend radius.
• Prepare ducts, perform duct rodding and cleaning, and document field work.
