Job summary

Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a General Manager to lead the Fenestration division across Ontario and Quebec. You will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence, with P&L ownership and cross-functional leadership.

You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and coach division managers, ensuring top performance and customer-focused execution in a bilingual environment. Travel across provinces is required.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in business/related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 10 years leading operations or sales with budget ownership and P&L responsibility.
• Fenestration industry experience is a strong asset; distribution background preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, profitability, and performance of the Fenestration division across markets.
• Develop annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives and manage budgets.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers and employees; promote accountability.
• Oversee operations, inventory, service levels, and process improvements.
• Drive sales growth; build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• P&L responsibility and reporting to senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards; implement action plans to improve performance.
• Coordinate recruitment, succession planning, and employee relations.
