Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to lead enterprise adoption initiatives in a Toronto-based hybrid role. You will develop change strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and build sponsorship networks to support large-scale HR, LMS, and digital transformation projects.

Collaborating with HR, Talent, Technology, Communications and Operations, you will guide governance, risk management and executive reporting, ensuring stakeholder alignment and sustainable

Qualifications

• Must-have change management certifications (Prosci preferred) and/or PMP certification.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations (LMS, HR tech, digital transformation).
• Experience with governance, risk management, executive reporting, readiness planning and stakeholder management.
• Experience with organizational readiness assessments and adoption strategy development.
• Strong executive-level presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise change management and adoption strategies.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Develop governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
• Lead readiness planning, adoption activities, and implementation support.

• Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions.
• Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback and organizational risks.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• LMS or Talent Management Platform implementation experience
• Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or other regulated industries
• Experience leading enterprise culture transformation, mindset shifts, and behavior change initiatives across global organizations.
