Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and engaging qualified professionals for federal opportunities.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices and candidate process management.
• College or University education is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting, trust-based relationships with candidates and guide them through recruitment.
• Source, assess and engage qualified professionals for Federal Government opportunities.
• Review client requirements and match candidates to mandatory and rated criteria.
• Collaborate on competitive bid submissions and align with client requirements.
• Conduct screen calls and video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Proactively identify talent through postings, networking, referrals, and platforms.
• Participate in events to grow and strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Provide candidates with clear guidance on hiring processes and compensation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records to support the pipeline and process.
• Take ownership of performance and consistently meet recruitment goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities with curiosity, resilience and solutions-focused mindset.
