Job summary

Altis Technology is offering a hands-on apprenticeship in Toronto or Ottawa with a hybrid model (3 days on-site per week) for six months. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and want to build transferable business skills in a high-performance environment.

You will gain real responsibilities from day one, with ongoing coaching and mentorship to support your growth in sales or recruitment and related relationship-building activities.

• Use applicant tracking and CRM systems to organize activity and manage relationships.
• Develop consultative selling and sourcing skills through practical experience and ongoing coaching.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment while continuously applying feedback to strengthen your skills.
