Bank of America is seeking a Fed Settlements Analyst in New Brunswick to support settlement operations for Fed transactions and improve processes. The role reports to the settlements team and involves cross-functional collaboration with trading, finance, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment. This is an in-office, on-site position in Canada.

Mansioni

• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to the established written guidelines and procedures
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
• Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions
• Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units
• Manage the settlement process for Fed transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to settlement reports and confirm settlements with counterparties.
• Liaise with various departments, including trading, finance, and compliance, to ensure alignment on settlement protocols.
• Conduct regular analysis of settlement data to identify trends, risks, and areas for process improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of testing for new systems or enhancements related to settlement functions.
