Job summary

Go Fractional in Toronto is seeking a Senior Analyst, Cash, Collateral & Settlements Operations on a 6-month contract. You will support end-to-end trade lifecycle for Public Markets, with focus on Fixed Income and Repo settlements, managing daily settlement activity and resolving complex issues with internal teams and counterparties.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Capital Markets Operations, strong knowledge of repo settlements, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Capital Markets Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Repo settlements.
• CFA designation or progress toward designation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle for Public Markets products, with a focus on Fixed Income and Repo settlements.
• Manage daily settlement activity, monitor trades, cash and positions, and investigate exceptions.
• Independently resolve complex settlement issues and escalate material risks as needed.
• Perform start-of-day and end-of-day controls to ensure complete and accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
