Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Team Lead in a Garage/Dynamite retail store in Delta to drive a positive shopping experience and strong store performance. You will help manage inventory, support sales, and uphold brand standards across the sales floor and eCommerce fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 2 years retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year as a team lead in retail is preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks.
• Organized, hands-on team player with proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high service focus.
• Social media skills and computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
