Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to maximize store sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and overseeing inventory through shipments, replenishment, and merchandising. You will support day-to-day operations and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience to customers.

You will play a key role in optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and ensuring the brand and visual standards are executed across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; post-secondary in business a plus
• 2 years of management experience, ideally in fashion clothing
• Passion for fashion and sense of style
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs with proactive ideas
• Curiosity and creativity to simplify processes
• Ability to foster collaboration and share best practices
• Proactive in building partnerships and prioritizing tasks
• Proficient in social media, mobile devices and MS Office tools
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and profitability through stockroom management and inventory control
• Process shipments and manage replenishment to ensure product availability
• Oversee e-comm order fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising
• Maintain brand and visual standards in-store to enhance customer experience
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and optimize inventory management
• Improve inventory control, increase sales, and boost customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teams to drive a consistent brand presence
