Job summary

Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, lead a high-performing team, drive sales on the floor and online, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining brand presentation.

You will help with inventory management, shipments, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment, and you will contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities
• Flexible, innovative and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for customers on floor and online.
• Drive operational efficiency and traffic on sales floor and digital channels.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipments, replenishment, and eCom orders.
• Support brand and visual/merchandising standards and directives.
• Play a key role in day-to-day store operations.
