Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, leading a high-performing team, and optimizing sales on the shop floor and through digital channels.

You will contribute to inventory control, shipment processing, and eCommerce order fulfillment while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising across Garage and Dynamite stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing environment, or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing business environment with impactful ideas.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media skills, mobile device skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Availablity to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Report to Store Manager. Assist in all aspects of store operations.
• Provide leadership to optimize sales results and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and via digital platforms.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Be an integral part of the store's day-to-day success.
