Aufgaben

• Provide exemplary customer service following Laura Canada service standards.
• Drive sales by assessing customer needs and adding on per Laura Canada standards.
• Demonstrate wardrobing skills and stay current on product knowledge, arrivals, merchandise locations and fashion trends.
• Develop long-term customer relationships using Laura Canada Clientele Development tools.
• Promote the website, store CRM, loyalty program and marketing initiatives/events.
• Execute all POS procedures accurately and efficiently (sales, refunds, Ship to Home, etc.).
