Laura Canada Sales Associates provide exemplary customer service, maintain fashion knowledge, and build lasting client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards.

In this role, you will engage customers, drive sales, manage POS transactions, participate in inventory and staff meetings, and uphold health and safety standards.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provides exemplary customer service by following Laura Canada service standards.
• Drives sales by assessing customer needs and guiding purchases.
• Demonstrates wardrobing skills and keeps current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Develops customer relationships using Laura Canada’s Clientele Development tools.
• Promotes the website, store CRM, loyalty program and marketing initiatives/events.
• Executes all POS procedures accurately and efficiently.
