Job summary

Laura Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exemplary customer service and develop lasting relationships with customers. You will stay knowledgeable about our product range and fashion trends while supporting store operations.

In this role, you will drive sales by understanding customer needs, promote the loyalty program, and execute POS transactions accurately. You will contribute to store presentation and participate in inventory and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service by following Laura Canada service standards.
• Drives sales by assessing the unique needs of customers and adding on per service standards.
• Demonstrates wardrobe knowledge and keeps current on fashion trends.
• Develops customer relationships using Laura Canada’s Clientele Development tools.
• Promotes the website, store CRM, loyalty program and marketing initiatives/events.
• Executes POS procedures accurately and efficiently (sales, refunds, Ship to Home).
• Maintains Laura Canada’s visual presentation, housekeeping and Health and Safety standards.
• Completes all administrative functions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
