Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and everything created in-store.
• Have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming, guiding and supporting customers.
• Engage and converse with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends and products across store areas.
• Promote and sell products effectively and participate in company promotions.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions.
• Support store management to reach sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date fashion knowledge and product information.
• Share service and product knowledge with colleagues.
• Assist with stock, merchandising and cleanliness standards to support omnichannel services.
• Follow all procedures and legal requirements in store operations.
• Participate in onboarding and role-specific training.
