Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Winnipeg is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will participate in all duties that contribute to the store's efficient and profitable operation while upholding brand and visual presentation standards.

You should have a high school diploma and, ideally, 6 months of retail sales experience, a passion for fashion, and a customer-first mindset.

• 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Demonstrates a customer‑first mindset.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Has the ability to work as a team.

• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
