CASA Mental Health is seeking a FASD Support Navigator to work in a hybrid role across CASA West. You will coordinate referrals, support families, and collaborate with therapists to improve outcomes for children and families affected by FASD.
The role requires a Bachelor's in social work or psychology and experience in child/adolescent mental health, with strong organization and public speaking skills. Regular travel and a valid driver's license are expected.

Salary/Wage range: $33.92 to $41.70 per hour
Vacation: 15 days
Shift structure: Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day

FASTRACS provides caregivers with an increased understanding of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), practical skills and individualized strategies needed to support their child’s development, strengthen daily routines, increase stability, and improve overall family well-being. The program provides short-term relationship-based education emphasizing positive caregiver and child interaction as well as supports the concurrent mental health needs of the child/adolescent. Caregivers receive support in navigating health, mental health, school, and community systems and are connected to relevant resources and services.
