This role helps manage and grow Heartland’s farm insurance business by making smart underwriting decisions, analyzing risks, and working with brokers to set fair terms. It also supports product development by sharing market insights and helping improve pricing and services. The goal is to write profitable business, support company targets, and stay competitive in the market.

What you'll do...

• Assess and evaluate risks within the farm portfolio to negotiate pricing and underwriting conditions with brokers.

The salary range for this role is $ $56,000 - $84,000. The salary for the successful candidate will be determined by various factors including but not limited to an individual’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, along with internal equity, and market considerations.
