Placements24 is seeking a proactive Farm Operations Supervisor to help manage daily farm activities near Kimberley. You will supervise labor, coordinate planting, cultivation, and harvesting, and ensure animal welfare while maintaining equipment.

The role requires practical farming experience and strong communication skills to work with the Farm Manager and farmhands in a productive, safe environment on the farm in Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture certificate advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general farming operations.
• Knowledge of crop production and/or livestock management.
• Experience supervising small teams is preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic farm machinery.
• Good communication and organizational skills for Kimberley region.

About the Role
