Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• Manage the farm’s overall operation.
• Plan and coordinate planting, cultivating, and crop harvesting; raise livestock and poultry.
• Determine crops and livestock decisions.
• Create marketing programmes.
• Keep financial and production records.
• Carry out general farm duties.
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff/volunteers.
