McMan’s Family Development Program is looking for a Family Support Worker for a 12‑month contract opportunity to join our team. As a Family Support Worker, you would be responsible for providing In‑Home Supports through conducting home visits, goal planning with families, providing supportive counselling, advocacy and referrals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent crisis management abilities and be comfortable working independently in the community.
*This role will require on call support on a rotating basis, and/or This role will require some evening and weekend work hours.*

Salary Range: $54,193-$60,215
