Fraser Health Authority is seeking a qualified clinician to provide group psycho-education and family therapy within Family Support Services. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering assessment, consultation and short-term interventions for clients and families affected by psychosis and related issues.

Responsibilities include intakes, group and family therapy delivery, education and research activities, and collaboration with hospitals and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• 1 year recent experience in acute or community psychiatry.
• 2 years' recent experience in group and family therapy.
• Eligible for registration with relevant professional association.
• Valid BC driver's license and access to vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide group psycho-education and therapy to clients and families.
• Consult with inter-professional clinical staff to ensure effective services.
• Deliver education, assessment and short-term family therapy within a team.
• Conduct intakes, assessments and manage a small caseload.
• Develop, present in-services and training on family involvement and confidentiality.
• Maintain records and reports to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with hospitals and community agencies.
