Job summary

Fraser Health is seeking a clinician to support engagement, care coordination and system navigation for mental health and substance use services in the Metro Vancouver region. You will provide client and family‑centred care using trauma‑informed and evidence‑informed practices, and act as the most responsible clinician where assigned.

You will conduct initial screening, intake, assessments, treatment planning and group therapy, liaise with community resources, and support clients through crisis

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social or health sciences field with relevant registration requirements.
• Two years’ recent experience working with clients and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Eligible for registration with the applicable professional association; valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
