Physicians must be available during daytime hours (Mon-Fri). After-hours calls are part of a shared after-hours care program, with physicians taking approximately 1 week of call per quarter.

Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License required. Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) certification mandatory.

Remuneration is through the LFP model or fee-for-service. LTCI participants also receive payments for:
Little Mountain Place is a 116-bed LTC home supported by LTCI practitioners. With one practitioner leaving, an additional practitioner is needed. Practitioners must obtain Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) privileges and credentials to work at this facility. More details are available on their website.
